Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah government took the initiative to calculate its 40pc net revenue entitlement to compensate for the delayed response from the Federal Government.

Kota Kinabalu: The Court of Appeal on Friday fixed June 18 for the decision on the Federal Government’s appeal against the leave granted to the Sabah Law Society (SLS) to seek a judicial review regarding the State’s 40 per cent grant revenue.

Kota Kinabalu: Parti Kerjasama Negeri (Anak Negeri) President Datuk Henrynus Amin said Federal Minister Datuk Ewon Benedict should pursue the 40pc Sabah tax revenue entitlement with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who has the power to commit and mobilise Federal resources to fulfil it.
