TAMBUNAN: SK Patau here made history as the first school in Sabah to collaborate with multiple government agencies, including TLDM, the Royal Malaysian Navy, Sepanggar Bay and Markas Pemerintahan Armada Timur, Kota Kinabalu.
The school hosted the Highly Immersive Programme (HIP) and Stem Carnival 2024, themed Guardian of Adventures, in a two-day event that drew widespread participation.
The event, initiated by the Tambunan District Education Department and organised by SK Patau, brought together 23 primary schools as participants, while SMK Desa Wawasan and SMK Tambunan served as facilitators.
A total of 465 attendees graced the event, which Headmaster Gilbert Phillip described as a “prestigious gathering for education and innovation”.
