Kota Kinabalu: Eight passengers, including a woman, are furious with Firefly for allegedly refusing to check them in for the KK-KL flight on Saturday despite having valid computer-generated tickets.
As a result she had to spend more money buying a ticket from AirAsia in order to stick to her travel schedule.

The woman said she bought the ticket online for RM426.84 for flight FY7655 which was supposed to take off from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) at 7.05pm.
“But I was shocked when the counter staff said my name was not in their data system. As such I was not allowed to check-in.
