Beaufort school wants RM500,000 for roof

BEAUFORT: The Sabah State Education Department (JPNS) submitted an emergency allocation request of RM500,000 for the maintenance of the dilapidated Form Six roof at SMK Gadong.
Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation who is also Education Exco, Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif, said the application is submitted by JPNS to the Ministry of Economy.
“Today, I visited SMK Gadong as promised with the JPNS Director. We have seen what we need to solve and we will prioritise the maintenance of the roof in this development.
