Kota Kinabalu: The implementation of the National Training Week (NTW) aligns with the State Government's commitment to enhancing training centres to produce more semi-skilled, skilled and knowledgeable workers to meet the needs of investors in the state, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
"These include introducing more industry-relevant training courses and developing customised programmes for semi-skilled workers, incorporating practical on-the-job training," he said in a speech delivered during the launch of the state-level NTW at the Sabah State Prisons Department Complex on Friday.
