Kota Kinabalu: Richard Lim’s contributions as a pioneer artist includes over 100 pieces of large-scale murals. His work is being displayed at the Sabah Art Gallery.
They also adorn the State Assembly building.
His first giant mural adorned the Sandakan library in the 1970s.
Originally from Melaka, the 81-year-old moved to Sabah in the 1960s to join his family as they had a coffeeshop business.
