Kota Kinabalu: Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (Gagasan Rakyat) Api-Api youth wings and Almacrest students have repainted the Kota Kinabalu Police Station at Lorong Dewan, here.

Coats of blue and white where applied to the station’s main building including garage and barrier gate.

Its Youth Exco Chief, Aziz Ghazali Dicky, who was also the programme coordinator, said it meant to oster greater unity between the community and the police.

“The programme was carried out with the intention to encourage more youths to collaborate with authorities, proving that we can unite and progress as Sabahans, in this case, alongside our peacekeepers.

“Gagasan Rakyat Api Api Youth Wings are planning more meaningful events in the future involving higher learning students and uniformed bodies alongside other parties to enjoy building together,” he said.
