Sabah PKR leadership reshuffle in preparation for polls
PKR Sabah information Chief Razeef Rakimin, in a statement, said the leadership reshuffle was undertaken in preparation for the upcoming state election.  
Kota Kinabalu: Datuk Mustapha Sakmud’s official appointment as Chairman of PKR Sabah’s State Leadership Council (MPN) last Sunday (26 May) was a move said to further strengthen the party in Sabah.

Following internal struggles, Mustapha effectively replaced Datuk Sangkar Rasam who now is a Central Leadership Committee (MPP) member.

PKR Sabah information Chief Razeef Rakimin, in a statement, said the leadership reshuffle was undertaken in preparation for the upcoming state election.  

“Mustapha will be assisted by Peto Galim who has been entrusted as Sabah PKR Deputy Chairman.

“Peto leads the State Election Committee (JPRN) while Mustapha acts as Strategy Director,” he said.

The new MPN committee are Vice Chairmen, Azmi Datu Tamboyong; Raymond Ahuar and Roslan Sapar; Secretary, Sazalye Donol; Treasurer, Abdul Razak Jamil; Information Chief,Razeef Rakimin; Director of Communications, Mohd Amin Abdul Mem; Managing Secretary, Wendey Agong Baruh; Assistant Secretary, Thonny Chee; Deputy Information Chief Milus Alu and Managing Secretary, Remysta Taylor.

“For other committees, the list of new appointees will be notified from time to time,” he added
