‘Begonias of Thailand’ book launched

Kota Kinabalu: A book “Begonias of Thailand” by Dr Thamarat Phutthai and Dr Mark Hughes was launched with at the Novotel in Siam Square in Bangkok.
The event was graced by the presence of Tan Jiew Hoe, Board Director of The Gardens by the Bay and Singapore Gardening Society, who added a touch of international acclaim to the proceedings.
Sabah publisher Datuk C L Chan praised the authors for their groundbreaking work in documenting the diverse species of begonias found in Thailand.
He thanked Tan for his invaluable support in bringing this botanical masterpiece to fruition.
