Mayor Datuk Seri Dr Sabin Samitah said City Hall (DBKK) would continue to identify individuals and companies that have outstanding tax and compound arrears.

He said City Hall will not hesitate to take legal action against individuals and companies that defaulted or failed to clear their arrears.
“Looking at the ignorant attitude of some people who still haven’t cleared their arrears despite the implementation of amnesty campaigns, the practice of giving reduction or discount will perhaps no longer be given,” he said in a statement, Friday.
Sabin urged taxpayers to settle their arrears and comply with the regulations, saying they can check their arrears and make payment through the link eservices.dbkk.sabah.gov.my/.
