SANDAKAN: LDP Vice President Robert Chong urged Transport Minister, Anthony Loke to look into an additional air flight between Sandakan and Tawau.
Chong lamented that Sandakan residents are in a disadvantage if they wanted to fly to Tawau and back.

He reckoned that there is only one flight to Tawau and return per day. The time schedule is at 10.40am and return at 11.40am to Sandakan.
Some may need to go for a meeting at 9am but due to the one scheduled operation, they need to stay in Tawau for two to three days.
