Fixed deposits among Sabah MM2H options

BEAUFORT: Certain conditions Loke relaxed under the Sabah My Second Home scheme next month may involves fixed deposits so that more people will be interested in participating.
“If we set it too high, I’m afraid not many people will be interested in joining SMM2H and maybe they’ll prefer Sarawak because it’s lower.
“We should take this opportunity after it was stopped for a long time due to certain reasons compared to Sarawak which has reopened this program since 2021,” said Asst Minister to the chief Minister Datuk Ruslan Muharam.
Reportedly, Sarawak through MM2H has approved 2,198 participants involving upper class citizens and professionals from several developed countries.
