Police fire 12 shots at croc to retrieve Indonesian man's body parts in Kinabatangan

KINABATANGAN: Police fired 12 shots at a crocodile to free an Indonesian man's body parts from the reptile's mouth here on Thursday afternoon.

The fire station chief, Nurul Azlan Shah, identified the victim as Roberto Martinus, 48, reported missing while fishing at a river in Limddale Estate, Paris 2.

"Police had to fire 12 shots at the crocodile in order for it to release a leg," Azlan said.
