PENAMPANG: Four locals actively involved in the housing construction sector for several decades are now deeply serious in chilli farming.
Contractors Lee Nyuk Ming@William, Barry Ku, Chong See Siong@Nelson and Sitti Mariam Faidzan are now spending a portion of their daily routines to cultivating their new chilli farm located at Kg Kibabaig, Penampang.

“We are working together with Kg Kibabaig Village Chief Francis Mojulin who allowed us to cultivate his land,” said the contractors turned part-time farmers.
William said he is serious in his new business venture and aspires to contribute to the people of Penampang by ensuring enough supply of chilli in the local market at a cheaper price.
