PENAMPANG: Bank Rakyat Foundation (Yayasan Bank Rakyat - YBR) has agreed to fund future projects of 15 new agriculture graduates.
The trainees from Guwas Koposizon College (GKC) in Penampang recently completed their two-year training programme at the centre, where they learned about eco-system based on proper agriculture technique, how to use existing facilities like land to cultivate, various living skills, networking and other related courses.

They were then presented with seed money of RM500 each to start of their small projects in respective villages.
The main aim was to connect them to the environment and wealth of traditional ecological knowledge with insights into environmental preservation.
