The need for enhanced public services stems from the regular crowding at the NRD office on the lower level of the Federal Building in Batu 7, which forces many transactions to be postponed until the next day.
ADVERTISEMENT Many have to wait in long lines, and others come in as early as 3am to 4am to get their number, despite the fact that the office only opens at 8am.
