PENAMPANG: Penampang Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) Mooncake Festival is a defining testament to the harmony of a diverse community, said Kapayan Assemblywoman Jannie Lasimbang.
Held at Kepayan Square on Saturday, the celebration attended by over 300 people Jannie said was a beautiful fusion of cultures.
