Kota Kinabalu: Jesselton Properties Sdn Bhd has appointed Knight Frank Property Management Sdn Bhd (KFPM), a leading property management company, as exclusive manager for its iconic residential development, Jesselton Twin Towers (JTT), at Damai, here.
Jesselton Twin Towers, the tallest building being built in Borneo, is targeted to be completed by the end of this year.

Winner of five prestigious awards from The Edge Malaysia Best Managed & Sustainable Property Awards (BMSPA) 2023, he said KFPM’s impressive track record and wealth of experience make them the perfect fit to oversee the management of Jesselton Twin Towers.

David said such partnership is the second collaboration with his company as KFPM is also the property manager of its Jesselton Residences & Jesselton Mall since 2017.
He said he received positive feedback from his customers at Jesselton Residences & Jesselton Mall who are pleased with the services rendered by KFPM and thus has confidence in the latter to manage the Jesselton Twin Towers.

“I have always endeavoured to engage an international property management company that is not only well-known around the world but very experienced and highly professional in managing residential and commercial buildings, especially high-end ones, so as to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
“Furthermore, KFPM also runs many property buildings not only in Malaysia but also well-known in China, Hong Kong, Australia and Europe,” David told a press conference after signing a contract agreement to appoint KFPM as exclusive property manager of JTT, Tuesday.
David signed the contract on behalf of the Jesselton Properties, while KFPM was represented by its Managing Director Kuruvilla Abraham.

Centricity Unit Management Services, offered by KFPM, is an integrated home management solution tailored to meet the unique needs of Jesselton Twin Towers residents.
Based on a subscription basis, Kuruvilla said the centricity services allow residents to delegate various home-related tasks to KFPM from the comfort of their own homes, freeing their precious time and hence elevating their overall quality of life.
“KFPM offers three distinct subscription packages with a fee – Gold, Silver and Bronze. Each package caters to different needs and preferences, allowing residents to choose the level of service that best suits their lifestyle.
“The packages include unit maintenance services, for instance, few times a week house cleaning sessions, handyman works like electrical, plumbing & repairing works and pest control services.
“Moreover, residents can also book services like airport transfer, limousine/MPV services, restaurant reservation, florist/cake delivery, and house-moving service among others via the concierge located at the main lobby of each tower,” he said.
Kuruvilla said the centricity services will be available to residents upon the completion of Jesselton Twin Towers based on the chosen package and this offering further exemplifies their dedication to providing top-quality services and amenities to their valued residents.
