Upon completion of the Form 6 programme, students can directly enter local private or foreign tertiary institutions based on their examination results to pursue higher education.

Starting this year, in addition to the traditional science and commerce streams in the high school section, Kian Kok Middle School has introduced a culinary arts stream. The school has collaborated with the university in Taiwan, allowing students who complete the three-year culinary arts programme at Kian Kok Middle School to continue their studies in the culinary arts field at the university based on their performance.

This provides students with an additional option for further education and employment.
