Kota Kinabalu: Retired civil servant Datuk Abdullah Sibil, who spent some 35 years in civil service, continues to serve the public in a different platform.Abdullah and many of his friends decided to join the Rotary Clubs to keep themselves active as they had a lot of free time.
“Since retirement, we have been focusing in doing charity work and helping others especially the less fortunate,” said Abdullah during their 50th anniversary reunion dinner for the 1973 pioneer batch students of Yayasan Sabah-Institut Teknologi Mara (YS-ITM) at a hotel here, recently.
