The Daily Express Chief Editor in a note wished that the Board would come up with updated information for transparency and public accountability.
The two first items of objects of Fuad Foundation when approved by the State Assembly were (a) to perpetuate the good name of the late Yang Amat Berhormat Tun Mohamed Fuad Stephens; (b) to achieve the aspirations and to perpetuate the good work of the late Yang Amat Berhormat Tun Mohamed Fuad Stephens.
If this Foundation is drawing a blank 40 years later, then the memory of the crashed leader has been insulted as the stated objectives were totally ignored.

The fact that Daily Express in its regular Saturday archive column had brought this out in could have been a divine intervention.
We are still seeking the answers to the June 6, 1976 Nomad air crash which robbed the lives of Stephens and nearly a dozen others or the Double Six.
