Kota Kinabalu: KTI Landmark Berhad (KTI), one of Sabah’s leading integrated property developers, has officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pan-Pacific Construction Holdings Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Taiwan-listed Pacific Construction Co., Ltd., to explore and undertake future joint development projects across Sabah.
This landmark collaboration sets the foundation for potential large-scale projects, subject to regulatory approvals.
Both parties have committed to working together on feasibility studies, planning submissions, and financial structuring for future developments, with the aim of signing a definitive joint development agreement upon project approval.
