Kota Kinabalu: Some 2,000 mangrove trees were planted along the Darau River at Kg Darau Wetland Eco-Tourism campsite, Manggatal, as part of the Local Agenda 21 (LA21) programme, Saturday.

The programme was organised by City Hall (DBKK) in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT), Koperasi Komuniti Darau Wetland Berhad, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Department of Environmental Protection (JPAS), Department of Environment (DOE) and Jetama Sdn Bhd.
