Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah durian industry is aspiring to go global by adopting new innovations and technologies.
This aspiration will be discussed at the Sabah Durian Summit 2024, scheduled for September 19 to 20, at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC).

The summit’s organising committee head, Wilson Gan, stated that the event will be co-organised by the Sabah Durian and Tropical Fruit Planters Association (MaSDa) and WIMS Asia Exhibitions and Services (IMS).
State Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Industry Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan has been invited to attend the event.
