On creating compassionate communities with councils, stakeholders

The never-ending cycle of ‘Catch and Kill’ is expensive, heartbreaking and is non-sustainable.

We would like to propose that all Municipal Councils in Malaysia improve the management of stray animals and comply with the 5 Freedoms of Animal Welfare:-
1. Freedom from hunger and thirst
2. Freedom from discomfort (from environment)
