KENINGAU: The Sabah Dairy Farmers Association said the State Government should tap the pool of illegal immigrants and stateless people already in Sabah in a controlled manner rather than employ foreign labour, which can be costly.

Its Chairman, Datuk Yap Yun Fook said this is more suitable at a time when efforts to repatriate them (illegals and their children) face numerous challenges.
