Kota Kinabalu: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed Saturday between the Islamic Organisation of Sabah (Usia) and Syarikat Sinergi Dayang Sdn Bhd to develop land owned by it in Semporna.

Usia was represented by its Secretary General Iman Ali, while Sinergi Dayang Sdn Bhd was represented by it Chief Executive Officer Azlan Shah Mohd Yusoh.

The MoU ceremony held at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) was officiated by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, who was represented by Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister Datuk Ruslan Muharam.
