The man was detained at 6.50pm while filling petrol into the containers placed on the rear of a lorry.

Prior to the arrest, MPF carried out surveillance at the areas when they spotted a man behaving  suspiciously.

The suspect was later seen filling petrol into the blue-colored plastic containers.
