Kibing PR Director Evelyn June Charlie and Consultant Advisor Elin Empau briefing the media.
Kota Kinabalu: Natural water bodies in Sikuati are murky, said Kibing Consultant Advisor Elin Empau during a media briefing at the SBH Kibing Silicon Materials Sdn Bhd office here, recently.

She said following the approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), a third-party environmental consultant conducts monthly audits and monitoring.

Water quality is monitored based on parameters stipulated in the Agreement of the Environmental Conditions (AEC).

The Environmental Monitoring and Compliance Report (ECR) is subsequently submitted to the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) at the end of each following month.
