Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan said “outdated” facilities at the complex could not fully cater to fish landings.
ADVERTISEMENT He said upgrading works when carried out at the complex would widen the doors for receiving seafood products that have been one of the main contributors to the State’s economy.
