KUALA PENYU: Sabah’s reputation as a tourism resort haven will be further enhanced when the RM400 million Club Med Resort, here, is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

It would be among several high profile tourism projects that would be ready within the next three years on the State’s west coast.

Others include Sheraton in Kota Kinabalu and an exclusive net zero carbon island resort on Mengalum Island that is believed to be the world’s first such.

Taiwan’s Sinyi Group which is undertaking the Mengalum Island is also planning an Intercontinental Hotel in Papar.
