Tanjung Ria Kitchen

• 9 February 2024 - Reunion Dinner

Guests can indulge in an impressive buffet spread featuring over 180 dishes. Delight in a wide array of traditional Chinese delicacies, including ‘Kou Rou’ (Duck with Yam), Chik Kut Teh (herbal chicken soup) and longevity noodles, as well as a selection of favourite savoury delights from Malay, Indian, and Western cuisines.

Brunch Buffet

Experience a tantalizing variety of mouth-watering dishes, including the traditional Black Moss with 'Lor Hon' vegetable, vegetarian Prawn Mayonnaise, Kung Pao Vegetarian Chicken, and Sweet & Sour Vegetarian Fish. It's a culinary celebration not to be missed!

Dinner Buffet

Come celebrate the First Dinner of the Year of the Wood Dragon with a delectable repertoire of New Year dishes such as Herbal Chicken, Fish Maw, Steam Fresh Fish, Soft Shell Crab, Braised Mushroom, Sea Cucumber and Dried Oyster, Roast Chicken, Roast Duck, Beef Char Siew and Seafood on Ice, among other delightful offerings.

Brunch Buffet

A day to treat friends and business partners to the Festive Buffet Brunch at Tanjung Ria Kitchen on February 11th, 2024, known as 'Kai Nian Fan' or the 'opening of the year' in Lunar New Year traditions. 

Enjoy a delightful spread of dishes and celebrate the auspicious second day of the Lunar New Year in style Dinner Buffet It is customary for married daughters to visit their parents on the second day of Chinese New Year, which falls on 11 February 2024 this year.

• 24 February 2024 – Chap Goh Mei Dinner Buffet Chinese New Year culminates with Chap Goh Mei celebrations, marking the end of this special day. Save the hassle of cooking at home, spend quality time with loved ones and celebrate with a buffet dinner.

For those who are fans of our Hotel's dim sum, they will be delighted to discover that The Residence will have an island counter filled with a luxurious dim sum buffet spread over brunch. 

These handcrafted tasty morsels are simply irresistible! Delicious takeout menu is available for guests who are hosting festivities at home, Chef Chen Sau Ken and his team have prepared a specially crafted takeaway menu. 

It highlights dishes such as steamed herbal chicken, Peking duck, and the ever-popular Yee Sang (Vegetarian, Salmon, Blue-fin Crab, Abalone), accompanied by gourmet classics.

Elevating the delight in welcoming the Year of the Wood Dragon, share the custom of gifting and send auspicious blessings to your loved ones and business partners with a Chinese  Gift Box filled with an assortment of handcrafted treats such as Almond Butter Cake with Goji Berry or Kei Chee and more.
