Triconic condo buyers want govt to intervene

Kota Kinabalu: Buyers of the Triconic Tower condo development in Bundusan, Penampang, want the State Government to intervene and declare it as “abandoned” so that a white knight may take over and they won’t have to service the interest on the loans.
Some of the affected buyers sought the help of Warisan at its office in Bornion on Saturday.
The party’s Kota Kinabalu division Secretary Loi Kok Liang said at least 50 of 100 unit purchasers are planning to take legal action.
