MBM Resources gets new CEO

Rizal Mohd Zin, who has been in corporate strategy and transformation planning, among others, will be serving a totally new role at the automotive group.
PETALING JAYA: MBM Resources Bhd has begun the year with a new man at the helm.
Rizal Mohd Zin, 48, begins serving in his new role as CEO today.

This will be a completely new experience for him.
He had spent the last 20 years of his corporate life in strategy planning and execution, transformation management, mergers and acquisitions and investment management, playing these roles at Ekuiti Nasional Bhd and later at MNRB Holdings Bhd.
MBM Resources has diverse investments in the automotive sector.
It is involved the distribution and dealership of various international and local marques such as Daihatsu, Hino, Perodua, Volvo and Volkswagen, and as well as in automotive parts manufacturing.

The company’s shares were traded RM4.21 apiece at the start of trading today, down three sen from last Friday’s close.
