TAWAU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor hopes the Tawau Federation of Chinese Associations will continue to strengthen unity and bring development and change in Tawau, not only to the Tiong Hua community, but the people of Sabah as a whole.
Hajiji said the Federation of Tawau Chinese Associations is the largest Chinese community organisation in Tawau which consists 44 Chinese organisations.

It brings together various strengths and represents the voice of the Chinese community in Tawau district as well as developing the economy including defending the beauty of the culture and traditions of the Chinese community.
The text of his speech was delivered by the Sabah Desa Group of Companies Chairman and Parti Harapan Rakyat Sabah President, Tan Sri Liew Yun Fah, while officiating and witnessing the 22nd Main Committee Member Swearing-in ceremony, the 9th Youth Wing and the 7th Women’s Wing of the Tawau Federation of Chinese Associations at SJKC Hing Hwa hall here, recently, that was attended by some 500 people.
