‘Introduce fixed price extra flights to East Malaysia’
Vivian said many expressed their disappointment that the current airfares level will prevent most of them from exercising their constitutional rights to vote for a new government.
SANDAKAN: Incumbent Member of Parliament for Sandakan, Vivian Wong, has appealed to all airlines to introduce fixed-price extra flights between Kuala Lumpur and East Malaysia so that more Sabahan and Sarawakian can make their trip home to cast their votes on Nov 19 2022.

She was responding to reports that just hours after the Election Commission (SPR) announced the polling date, airfares between peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia have skyrocketed, making it out of reach for many Sabahans who were hoping to make the trip back to cast their votes in the coming GE15.
