The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (KeTSA) is currently actively expanding the implementation of the Community Based Ecotourism Programme (CBET) to support additional sources of income for local community groups.

Deputy Minister of KeTSA, Datuk Ali Biju said the programme is very beneficial because it can help the community to develop a joint management system to improve and market ecotourism services based on natural resources as local ecotourism products.
