Says it is more like an Institute of Corruption based on mounting cases: 'Useless Institute of Integrity: Rafidah'
Rafidah also quipped that integrity (and honesty) does not need a brick and mortar structure to be forged when the “attendees” are already adults.
Kota Kinabalu: Instilling integrity through the setting up of an Integrity Institute has proved to be pointless and a waste of resources, in view of the many high-profile corruption cases involving leaders before the courts, says former Minister of International Trade and Industry, Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz.    She noted that some of the worst corruption cases have happened despite having the Institute.

 “In spite of having that imposing Institute of Integrity, we seem to have honed and fine-tuned a culture of using facades as these crooks go about in ‘Jubahs’ and religious attire to give that impression of good and religiousness.
