Kota Kinabalu: Instilling integrity through the setting up of an Integrity Institute has proved to be pointless and a waste of resources, in view of the many high-profile corruption cases involving leaders before the courts, says former Minister of International Trade and Industry, Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz. She noted that some of the worst corruption cases have happened despite having the Institute.
