Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd (SPSB) assured the business community that Sapangar Bay Container Port (SBCP) is operating efficiently and that issues raised by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Sabah and Federation of Sabah Industries (FSI) are no longer relevant and have been resolved since early March.
Expressing deep regrets over the comments made by the associations, SPSB Group Managing Director Datuk Ng KIat Min (pic) denied that higher logistics cost are attributable to inefficiencies at SBCP.
