Kota Kinabalu: The State Government must play a role in improving the drainage system to address flood and landslide issues rather than depend entirely on the Federal Government to do so, according to former Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.“Engineers can device a drainage system that can contain the flow of water right from the peak of the hill,” he said.
