Kota Kinabalu: Restaurant and coffeeshop operators said they will hold the National Security Council (NSC) and Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob responsible for the loss of 200,000 jobs, mostly local bumiputras and IMM13 holders, due to refusing the State Government’s preference for business-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Several thousand operators were forced to quit since March last year when restrictions were first imposed while others who managed to survive until now face similar prospects with the sector teetering on the verge of total collapse.
