Kota Kinabalu: Sabah deaf athletes captured three gold, one silver and four bronze medals after two days of competition at the Malaysia Deaf Games (Sopma) in Perak on Thursday.The first gold was won by Jesson Noel in the men's shot put with a distance of 9.85m on Wednesday.The men's and women's 4 x 400m relay team then added two golds on Thursday, with the men's team represented by Aidil A Asyraff Juakim, Azlan Kuste, Ali Uwais Redzuan and Aidil A Affifat Juakim while Bridgette Ya Sin, Divika Sopiji, Annzie Benedict and Norlin Delson for the women's team.ADVERTISEMENT The only silver came from Jeff Claudia Pius in men's long jump with 5.79m on day one while the bronze medal winners were Aidil A.
