Teams find missing hiker alive but weak

Sarawak: Missing hiker Stanley Kho, 22, was found alive at 8.40am on Sunday (Sept 23), seven days after he went missing on Mount Singai in Bau district.Search and rescue teams found him on a steep hill slope with a gradient of about 80 degrees, Bomba Sarawak said in its latest update. "The search and rescue teams found him alive but weak."Some villagers heard cries for help and alerted the search teams who went to the site and managed to locate him.

"They are trying to bring him out but the slope is very steep," said Bomba Sarawak.The 7th day of Search and Rescue Operations to locate Kho saw about 300 searchers being involved.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
