Unexploded bomb found in Lahad Datu

Lahad Datu: An unexploded bomb, believed to be a mortar, was found at the plantation areas of Ladang Sahabat 17 by a plantation worker about 7 am, Monday who informed his manager and the Auxiliary Police.District Police Chief, ACP Hamzah Ahmad said a team went to check and found that the bomb belong to Malaysian army and was dropped during the Ops Daulat in 2013 but did not explode.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.

"We have informed the Bomb Unit of Tawau Police and the bomb will be detonate today (Tuesday)," he said.
