Khairy agrees 1MDB scandal must be told to the people

Kuala Lumpur: Former Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said that the truth about 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal must be told to the people and that he fully agreed that the case be reopened for investigation by the Auditor-General and the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).He said not only the people wanted to know the true story about the financial scandal, the Barisan Nasional (BN) and Umno also wanted to ensure that the case would be completely solved."Umno and BN do not wish to carry a live monitor lizard on our shoulders anymore...this 1MDB case must be solved.
