Kedah aims to finish among top four in Super League

Alor Setar: Kedah is confident of finishing among the top four teams in this season's Super League football competition, said coach Mohd Nidzam Adzha Yusoff.Despite the absence of key players nursing injuries, he expressed confidence that the younger players would put up a good fight in the remaining matches against Perak and PKNP.The injured players who may be unable to see action in the upcoming two matches are main goalkeeper Mohd Ifwat Akmal Che Kassim, Indonesian import players Andik Vermansyah and Muhammad Akhyar Abdul Rashid, and Liridon Krasniqi of Kosovo.ADVERTISEMENT Speaking to the media after Kedah drew 1-1 with Terengganu at the Darul Aman Stadium last night, Mohd Nidzam Adzha said he was happy with the team's performance.Kedah is now in third place and Terengganu in fourth and have 31 points behind Perak and Johor Datul Ta'zim.Stay up-to-date by following Daily Express’s Telegram channel.
