Kuala Lumpur: DKSH Business Unit Consumer Goods, a market expansion services provider for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) in Asia, has signed an agreement with Nabati Food Malaysia Sdn Bhd to provide market expansion services for the latter's food snacks in the modern trade channel in Peninsular Malaysia.

DKSH will provide distribution, logistics, sales order processing and account receivables management services for Nabati Food's Richeese Cheese Wafer, Richoco Chocolate Wafer and Nabati Mine Bar in selected hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores in the country.

"The partnership with Nabati Food is a prime example of a successful Asian company seeking growth opportunities in Southeast Asia, further driving inner Asian trade," Chua Chong Hoon, Vice President, FMCG, DKSH Malaysia said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Director, Nabati Food Malaysia, Maret Yudianto said DKSH had a proven track record for growing FMCG brands in the country.

"This lets us focus on our core competencies of producing healthy and delicious confectionery products for Malaysian consumers," he said. – Bernama
