Ajinomoto to acquire Tabung Haji land for RM86.07m

Kuala Lumpur: Ajinomoto (M) Bhd has proposed to acquire a 188.604 hectare plot of land at the Techpark@Enstek, Bandar Baru Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, from Lembaga Tabung Haji and THP Enstek Development Sdn Bhd for RM86.07 million.In filing to Bursa Malaysia Monday, Ajinomoto said the acquisition was in line with its long-term plans of growing its operations and expanding manufacturing facilities to keep up with growing demand for its products."We intend to develop and construct new manufacturing facilities on the land that is expected to strengthen the efficiency and competency of the company in providing quality products to customers.
