Kota Kinabalu: About 1,000 guests are expected to attend the upcoming Chinese New Year dinner organised by Kota Kinabalu Hardware, Machinery & Building Materials Traders' Association (KKHMBA) as announced by its Chairman Dato' Stanley Tee. It would be held at Sutera Magellan hotel and resort here on Feb 3. Datuk Yee Moh Chai is expected to grace the occasion.Stanley said it was an opportunity to mingle with its members and authorities as the association would like to keep good ties with everyone as they celebrate the festivity.

"We hope to maintain cordial and amicable relationship especially during this season of Chinese New Year. "Regardless of their political views or creed, we are here to do and serve in our respective to the community at our level best," said Stanley.
They also paid a courtesy visit to Kota Kinabalu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KKCCCI) President Datuk Michael Lui to invite him to the event.

Stanley also announced that the association would conduct more charitable activities this year as part of its CSR projects.
