Kota Kinabalu: The players are urged to maintain their winning momentum as Sabah Rhinos take on table toppers Kuala Lumpur in the second round of the Premier League match at the Stadium Majlis Perbandaran Selayang tonight (Tuesday) at 9pm.Coach Jelius Ating said after the team's training session on Monday that the players must not take their foot off the pedal after their recent good run.

"We have been doing well lately but the players must not forget to maintain their form even though we are already safe from relegation. We may not have anything to play for but I want the players to keep improving in every match.

"It is important for each and every one in the team to show what they are capable of and how far they have improved. We have to start preparation for next season early and the players must realise that as well."

He also said he will opt for the new 3-5-2 formation which saw them demolish Perlis 5-1 in the last match here last Tuesday.

"There is no reason for me to make changes (to the system) at this time. We did well against Perlis and it is only right that we continue to use it and see how the team fare against a strong team like Kuala Lumpur in this system."

The only change he will make in the starting line-up is to start with Leopold Alphonso.

He will replace the injured Azzizan Nordin who limped off early against Perlis with a twisted ankle.

"The only change is Leo to come in for Azzizan while the rest will be the same," he said.

The three-man defence will again see skipper Rawilson Batuil accompanied by Francis Kasonde and Dendy with Rozaimi Rohim as goalkeeper. The midfield will consist of Heo Jae Nyeong, Leopold, Sabri Sahar, Umareng Bacok and Jenius Karib while Lee Gil Hoon and Roduljub Paunovic who scored five goals between them in the last match will lead the attack. – GL Oh
